"Lots of parking. The waitress at breakfast was great and couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 2 nights, 1st breakfast perfectly cooked, the 2nd breakfast not so great. "There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"The breakfast was excellent, wide range of food, ordered an omelette that was delivered to our table hot and packed with ingredients. We were let down by the room, could hear passing cars, and faulty air conditioning and bath plug. Was in Birmingham for a convention in The Vox, so only had a 5 minute walk around the lake. Reception and Resturant Staff were friendly and welcoming. "
