"The Burlington is unique in that it adjoins the Railway Station and also fronts New Street the main shopping street. Built by The Midland Railway and containing the original beautiful Architecture. The bedrooms are large, the breakfast excellent and the staff perfect. We organised an event here via Ella and we booked 6 bedrooms. The most convenient location in Birmingham. Absolutely recommended."

"Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)"

"We stayed in an absolutely beautiful junior suite, with an exquisite bathroom, shower and toiletries. Staff were welcoming and courteous. We had drinks in the smart but still cosy and comfortable Bubble Bar and breakfast the following morning was served in the lovely restaurant and was delicious. As expected, an excellent hotel."

"Staff were friendly. Had the three course Sunday dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. The bar had wood burners so was nice and snug. The room was to a high standard. We opted for breakfast in bed which again was good quality and generous. Free car parking just off the M6. "
