"It was a great stay. The staff was fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Only two relatively minor things to note though.
Maybe this is normal in London, but literally everything in the room has its own wall switch. Including the WiFi router, which took me a while to find. The TV was also on its last legs. I only used it to watch YouTube and I quickly learned that once a video was playing, even adjusting the volume was too much for it to handle and the TV would stutter at best...

"Everything was perfect, the room , location, the staff. My only comment would be on thr parking.. i wish there is like a drop of location where I could just drop thr luggage and check in before getting into the parking. When I phoned the lady she said we can't give you access to the parking before check in and paying. This was inconvenient as no other parking was available around the building. "I stayed here as a solo traveler last minute for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The first night I had to check in late (12:30a) and was quickly checked in and was upgraded without even asking!
