Nous avions un studio au 2e étage pour une période de sept jours. Le style est moderne et l'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La salle de bain comprend une belle douche spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique. De plus. l'emplacement était juste parfait pour nous. C'est très central : dans un rayon de 30 minutes à pied, on a accès à pratiquement toutes les plus grandes attractions du centre-ville de Londres. Le quartier est chic et tranquille et l'hôtel se trouve tout près du magnifique square Lincoln Inn's Fields. Plein de commerces, de cafés et d'épicerie à cinq minutes de marche. Il convient de noter que certains des appartements (dont le nôtre) n'ont pas d'air climatisé, seulement des ventilateurs. On peut supposer que l'apparement risque d'être très chaud lors de canicules en juillet. Comme nous y étions en avril et que le temps était doux, nous y étions très confortables et nous n'avons pas eu besoin des ventilateurs. Il y a un pub sympathique juste en-dessous et certaines soirées, cela peut occasionner des bruits de conversation ou de musique, surtout si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, mais nous n'en étions pas incommodés. Somme toute, nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel.

Attractive, quiet, well-managed accommodation. Much better value than a hotel, given kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, more space. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and had everything we needed. With the tube right outside it made our stay really easy and enjoyable.

Marina at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She even asked about any limitations for emergencies before I mentioned my recent surgery and created a personal evacuation plan for me — something no other hotel has ever done. All staff were polite, caring, and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the apartment had modern décor, beautiful artwork, high-tech lighting, floor heating, and a very useful washing-dryer. The only drawback was that my room wasn’t soundproof due to the building’s historical windows, so outside noise was noticeable. However, my brother’s room did have soundproofed windows.

Marina was amazing! She kept us informed about things going on in the area. She anwered questions I had. She always greeted us. If it wasn't for her we may have had a more difficult time getting to the airport OR missing our flight. I do wish I booked a little bit larger room. The gym is functional but creepy and old.

Good location but hot rooms

The location is very good, very nice and helpful staff, and the condition is well maintained generally. The concern is lack of air conditioning. The room was very hot. You need to be sure they turn off under floor heating and ask for portable aircon unit. Otherwise even with a window it’s very hot.

Property was nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Can walk to most things but it is in a quiet business district area. No air conditioner so made the room hot as we stayed in summer. Over all would recommend.

The Chronicle Apartment hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights Quiet location and cleverly designed studio apartment , clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. During summer there’s no AC, only two fans. but the night front desk staff who checked us in when we arrived was kind enough to provide us with a portable AC unit, which made a big difference. Service, however, was disappointing. The hotel Apartment stated that trash is collected daily from 2-4PM but in 5 nights no one once came. Even when left outside at the hallway on the 3rd days it wasn’t picked up. When I asked the daytime staff, I was told to take it myself to the back alley garbage area filty and full of flies which felt unprofessional for a hotel apartment. Overall, a good stay for the location and design, but service and housekeeping definitely need improvement. The Indian guy on duty is rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.
