"Staff were all very super helpful and friendly. Claire made our stay very special, her kindness and attention to customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time anywhere. A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. "This was not a good stay. I walked into the bar and it was full of people swearing and shouting. I felt uncomfortable asking for my room booking. The hotel is damaged, carpet worn through, rooms were not clean, damaged furniture, stained pillows and duvet, shower was mouldy, there are signs saying if you eat your own food in the room you are fined and signs saying if you are caught with drugs you are thrown out. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Great location for ease of access to underground and central London. We unfortunately stayed when there was an England match on and our room must have been next to a pub/bar as it was super noisy until late. Singing could be heard through the walls! "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything.
