"Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea with stunning views. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotless. The Club Access is definitely worth it for the extra perks. However, the real highlight was the staff—incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shout-out to Isabel, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so valued."
