"The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. "Ok for one night. Very large room. Small bathroom. Old mattress/box spring bed and small old lumpy pillows. Old rusty fixtures in bathroom. Maintenance did horrible job calking under mounted sink. It looked ridiculous. Bathroom door was old and scraped up. Breakfast was soggy eggs and undercooked bacon. Hotel smelled old and musty. No carpet in room probably because they allow pets. Close to restaurants and stores in Greensburg area."

"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "Night and day compared to other hotels in the area. Staff warm and friendly rooms are surprisingly very clean. Everytime I come in contact with an employee they make conversation. I dont do reviews usually but I had to because thats how much of an impression they've made. 10/10 would recommend"

"We only stayed 1 night. Grabbed a quick lunch at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and very reasonably priced. Looks like a nice place for families to stay. They had outdoor picnic areas, a pavilion with fireplace and a campfire area. We didn’t have time to walk around or use any of these amenities. "6 night stay turned into 1 night only. Exit doors propped open with rocks. People cooking in the parking lot. Bathtub and sink clogged upon arrival. Bathroom smelled of mildew. One room window so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Hallway trash cans spilling onto the floor. With the help of Expedia reps we were able to cancel after one night without penalty. I can imagine the low room price would trump the conditions for some but it just didn’t work for us."
