"I’ve been to this area several times and this was the first time I was unhappy
First off , roaches in the sink and wall
Second, sofa was too low to sit on. Terrible for elderly visitors
Third, mattress dented in the middle and my back every morning. Not sure what is going on. Hope that things change because I visit this resort at least twice a year."

"Disappointing Facilities for the Price
The elevator’s door-close button doesn’t work, and the soundproofing between rooms is extremely poor. I could clearly hear people sneezing and coughing in the next room, and the noise from their TV was very loud as well.
The staff were friendly and provided good service, but considering how much this hotel charges, I would expect much better facilities and soundproofing.
For a hotel at this price point, the overall experience was very disappointing....
