"Overall, the stay at the hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pre check in made the arrival process almost instant.
The room looked nice. In a few areas you could notice signs of recent renovation, but nothing that affected the comfort. There were no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and very bright.
Bathrobes and slippers were provided upon request for the pool, which was a nice touch.
At night it was quiet, and the mattress and pillows...

"This is a gem of a hotel, if you’re in Toronto stay here! Why? It’s a historic boutique hotel, and hats off to the new owners for really leaning into the history, they’ve brought it back to its original glory and way beyond, and have put some great old photos and history of it on the walls etc
They also did a great bar and restaurant in the lobby. And note that the breakfast is not just a buffet, it’s a full sit down restaurant with full menu!

"It was perfect for family traveling. Location is great and close to station and street cars. Food were great and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secure and my family felt safe. No issues at night. Front desk staff was very helful and gave us directions and advises. Amenities are great. There are table tennis table and pool table. My family have a comfortable stay and enjoyed the time in the residence. Thank you."
