"We had mentioned that we had a handicapped traveler with us. They put us up on the third floor rm 300 which was the farthest room away from the front desk in the hotel. My wife has to use a cane to walk and they saw her come in having trouble walking. We will be staying again the 18th and 19th and I hope that they find a closer room to the elevator.
