"Travelling with a group of friends and could hang out in lobby. Location is far away from anything walkable. The sound of the highway was pretty significant if you got a room facing that direction. Load air conditioner in room."

"We travel with a family member in a wheelchair and the handicapped room was excellent. Large room with large bathroom and walkin shower. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very quiet."

"The location was the only redeeming quality of this motel. Lots of people smoking outside, so the AC was pulling smoke smell into the room (which already reeked of smoke). The bathroom had a moldy ceiling and part of the wall was damaged and falling apart. Room doors go directly to outside, so I would call this a motel, not a hotel anyway. We had booked two nights, and only stayed one (we should have left immediately)."

"The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Stains on the beds, chairs, ironing board, busted tile in the bathroom - you name it. Checked in, got to the room, and immediately checked out. Thanks to the staff for at least giving me a full refund."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"Hotel rooms need to be upgraded. Pull out couch is the size of a twin bed. Food at cafe is nasty. Location is great. Close to restaurants and highway."

"I feel like I got catfished. We were in Dayton for an impromptu baseball tournament and needed a place to stay for one night. Pool - was outside, this place is in hood and has live in residences. Did not feel safe although it was close to everything. Breakfast - they served biscuits, toast, and waffles and cereal. The juice machine wasn’t working and needed changing. Room had a no smoking sign but smelled liked 3 full cartons of cigarettes. Beds were uncomfortable. I was so happy to get out of...
