"The hotel is in a great location. Spacious, clean, old school elegance, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. However I wasn't notified ahead of time that the pool and hot tub would be closed for my entire stay. That was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I asked for compensation and the front desk just said he will put the request through to his manager but I have not heard back. I would have stayed at a far less expensive hotel had I known about the restricted amenities."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."

"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "

"Hotel vicino alla stazione ed a tutte le attrazioni della città . Molto pulito , le stanze sono piccole ma hanno aria condizionata . Il personale è stato molto gentile avevamo un problema in stanza a prontamente ci è stata cambiata. Caffè e beve se calde sempre disponibili. Si trova su una via con negozi e supermercati molto trafficata ma la notte non si sente nessun rumore"
