They were always willing to help regardless of the question or request. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Amsterdam."

"Arrived off cruise ship at 9:00 am and didn’t get a room until 3:00. Checked a few times and noticed other arrivals were getting rooms. We were told that we had a different tier to explain our wait- unacceptable!"

"The Hotel is 15 to 20 minute walk from city centre It’s on very busy street. The air conditioning is the same temp for the whole building. We left the windows open which helped cool the room. If it was really hot might not be a good situation. The front desk was helpful but not overly zealous. Breakfast was 17 per person. Not worth it in my opinion. It’s a 30 Euro ride to the airport you could take the train and a taxi from the train station, not sure it would work out much different. ...

There was crumbs on it when we got there and there was crumbs on it when we left And they're all over the floor too. The room was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping.Because people were in the halls, talking and coming in at one o'clock in the morning"
