"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."

"The room was okay had all Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room. Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds and lights outside my window etc."

"Great location! Right on top the Charing Cross train station, near Trafalgar Square and many other sights. Staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious! Good coffee and tea. The floors might be a little thin. I could hear the room above me. When they walked, the ceiling creaked."

"Great location and quite the happening spot for coffee and cocktails. Walkable to so much and also to several tube stations. Great shower!!!! One thing I missed is a robe in the closet. Housekeeping was available by request."

"Very clean room. Location is incredible for access to central London - literally 5 mins walk to the tube station. The room was spacious but I was in the top floor which had very small windows so the room was quite dark. No issues if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. The bed was quite soft - just be aware if you like a firmer bed. Nice amenities in the room."
