"The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states."

"Such a wonderful hotel and exceptional staff and service. I would have given a maximum score but unfortunately on my last night there was a wedding. Congratulations to them but the rental items were being loaded into trucks after the wedding till 4am so could not sleep from the noise outside. I had to leave early the next morning with less than 2hrs sleep."

"Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."
