Unfortunately we got two rooms and we were sent to the top two floors with heavy baggage and no elevator. The hotel did not mention no elevators.
Also no air conditioning. For Americans that’s a must. We had to open the windows which allowed insects to come into the rooms. Noth families and n corn rooms had insect bites and my wife has had to visit a doctor to alleviate insect bites and infection.

"Beautiful location, felt like a local. Room was big with a large comfy bed. Had everything we needed and was cleaned and restocked daily. There was a portable aircon (which i know aircons aren't guarenteed in older buildings) it was super loud and needed the window open to run. Blinds also let in lots of light. Great stay though"

"Two staff of the four at reception during my stay were great, very helpful. The other two were not.
The room was very clean, however the toilet (flushing) was not working properly and making a lot of noise. I reported this when I arrived and it was seen to. The problem then persisted for the rest of my stay and I had to fix it myself each day."
