"This hotel is in a fantastic location and was exceptionally clean everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast 1 morning which I felt was a little overpriced for what was on offer and the hotel needs to invest in a food cover for the fruit. Otherwise a great stay and if we are back in NYC we will definitely choose to stay here."

"For the price I was expecting cleaner and move modern facilities. I have stayed at many Residence Inns and this was my far the most outdated one, location was the main attraction. The dining area was good as was the gym. The bathroom was great but the kitchen was so out of date and the fridge was so old fashioned and noisy and not very cold. Everything was super dusty!"
