"Great location! Close to everything. However, I didn't like that there was no way to make coffee in the room, no way to iron clothes. There was a steamer but it definitely isn't the same. The room was a nice size and great view but bathroom was a bit small"
"We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. Our corner suite was truly impressive, with expansive windows wrapping around the room and offering breathtaking views in multiple directions across Manhattan. "Great place to stay right near Times Square and Central Park. Breakfast was basic but satisfying and the evening wine and cheese hour was awesome. You can get basic snacks juice coffee tea and water 24/7 downstairs. Will stay again if I’m in NYC. "

"The longer I stayed there, the more I loved it. It's clean, the bed was great and a top notch shower head provided substantial water pressure. If I needed anything, the staff provided it immediately. Whoever cleaned and took care of the place did it with love. I saw a review that the person enjoyed their stay but felt it was a little dated. There's truth in that statement but it's in an era of elegance and quality and comfort. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
