"We stayed in a two bedroom room. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and quiet. We had a very restful night. We were in town for a show and the distance to the venue was only a few blocks. And there are many great places to eat as the hotel is within the notable restaurant row area. "

Trotz eines selbst für New York stattlichen Preises wollte man uns pro Tag und Person knapp 20 Dollar für WLAN abnehmen. und weil wir bei Ankunft nicht bereit waren nochmals 120 Dollar pro Tag draufzuzahlen mussten wir gegen eine Wand schauen. Das ist dreist! Die Leute werden Busseweise dort angekarrt- dort geht es zu wie im Hostel. Die Aufzüge sind total überlastet man steht ständig und wartet. Der Zustand des Hotels ist „abgegriffen“...

I stayed two nights - first night was in the tiniest room ever with no desk so I had to do a zoom call with my laptop on the bed and me perched on the tiny foot stall. I mentioned it in my check-in review and the next day I was upgraded to a deluxe room with much more space and a desk! The bed was comfortable and everything very clean.
