"Even though the property was recently updated (2022), you can still see some evidence of it being an older property. Regardless, the view was perfect and the staff was very polite and accommodating."

First suite was not serviced and had an empty patch of cigarettes, coffee cup from previous guest and an unmade bed. Second room on fifth floor had a torn apart hallway well no carpet. Room was newly renovated, but had no trash cans, tub filled with dirt and dust which I had to clean before use and a tub spigot that pulled out of the wall during use…on top of all that, they still do not offer breakfast because...

"Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work."

"We had a great time! They had basic pots/pans/utensils if we wanted to cook, but we were also less than 15 minutes from any kind of restaurant we might want if we didn't. I hate doing dishes, so the dishwasher was very nice. Oven, stove, fridge, freezer all worked well. There's a master bedroom with an ensuite, a second normal bedroom, and the third bedroom looks like a converted sunroom. The third room doesn't have a normal door, it has sliding glass doors, but there's curtains to keep it more...

"Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND."
