"Staff was very rude for not having actual credit Card on hand! I booked my stay online through Expedia many of times and was never asked for my actual credit card only my drivers license so I was never aware of them needing that! "

"The room, lobby and the parking lot was clean. The staff here is Amazing; I wish I could remember everyone names. From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving.
