"Absolutely suck"

"Parking was easy , room was clean , air conditioning worked . One light didn’t work , and the room was fully stocked with towels and soaps, breakfast was good and simple. "

"Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. The rooms weren’t ready/clean. It would have been helpful to know before we left CoSi and got to the hotel at 3:30 that our room wasn’t going to be ready until closer to 5. We could have adjusted our schedule better. The room was okay. The tub didn’t drain and there was some kind of debris floating in the bottom. Mattresses were in okay shape (some stains and hairs). Sheets seemed clean. 4 people on the room and only 3 towels. Not a huge deal, but we didn’t...

"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."
