"It offered a basic room as advertised. It was clean with a fridge and microwave. The website stated that HBO was included, it was not, as well as no indication of wifi. Over all a good experience."

"Booked a king sized room and were only given the option of a double room upon arrival. Our first room had an overwhelming number of spiderwebs. When asked to change to a king room with no spiderwebs, we got another double with less spiderwebs, but a missing lock and a mold infestation on the bathroom ceiling."

"I am a 70-year-old woman with a walking disability an find it difficult to climb stairs. I requested a rom downstairs and was denied the room. I was told the rooms was for overnight stay. The room was clean. Staff was friendly especially the cleaning lady. Did not require laundry service. In the room there was something that looks like a bench when I went to sit on it, it fell down because it was broken and was just propped up on the wall"
