"The room was clean and the front desk was friendly. For the price, it was a great stay."

"It was a last minutes stay for a concert we was attending in Columbus for the weekend because our BNB was cancelled. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. For was filthy, shower was gross and half the outlets didn't work. The sink only ran hot water. Had to brush our teeth with hot water. The AC was so noisy could hardly sleep through the night. Terrible experience all around."

"Clean quiet parking"

"I liked it wasn’t far from the OSU (Horseshoe) stadium. It was nice and clean. I did not like the fact our keys did not work twice. Running back & forth to the front desk. It was a door battery. When we finally got in there was a little odor but not pungent. I did not like the fact there was no way to plug the tub, the handle didn’t work and the drain was REALLY NASTY! Lots of hair and gunck in it. It was alright and serve the purpose of our one day trip. We were dry, safe in a pretty clean...

"The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival...
