"This is a lovely hotel and the staff put it over the top. I love staying here."

I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked. "The check in process is why I gave it 4 stars. Everything else was great. The rooms were very nice with plenty of space. The area was movie set beautiful. The checking process is a bit frustrating with it all being done online. Apparently I was supposed to get some type of notification with my door code, I never received a notification and had to go into a link, that was sent for check in, to find my code."

I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner.
