"Room was nice but noticed shower would not have been good for the elderly or physically challenged as it is a tub with shower. Bathroom was large. Nice deep tub but big step over. View was city scape. Only real negative was that there were signs everywhere saying no outside food or drink is allowed in the room. But yet there was a fridge (with no honor bar) plus an ice bucket with wine corkscrew. Ice machine was just down the hall. Mixed message? Would have also liked to have had a small...

"This propert is old and tired. The staff were kind and efficient. The carpet seemed dirty in the room. There was also a cigarette smoke smell in the hall in the evening and morning. "

"Airport shuttle was excellent - both pick-up and drop-off at airport. Room was immaculate and modern. Staff was professional, courteous and provided excellent service. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend this property."

"The breakfast was more than what we expected which was nice. The hot tub was green water and foamy. But there was a lot of kids staying there while we were and it just defiantly needed more maintenance/shock. The sheets and pillow cases had some stains. Otherwise the staff were kind and the spaces were kept clean and tidy. The gym felt like a sauna and needed more air flow or AC. Location was great being so close to a skytrain station!"

"My room was basic at best with a double bed rather than Queen. The heating/cooling system was noisy and the room overlooked a roof top which contained various machinery probably related to the heating and cooling system of the hotel. Not pretty at all. However the staff were nice and the room was clean."

"Room wasn’t really clean there was layers of dust in everything I used my own wipe and wiped everything down. All of the furniture was chipped and old. Pool area was ok my daughter had fun on The slide . We were on the 8 th floor our ice machine didn’t work so I went to 11 that one was broken as well then I went to 5 and was finally able to get some ice. There were male cleaning staff who were slamming doors everytime they went in to a room . I asked for a late check out they asked me how long...

"Relatively New home, quite clean Common area has everything but stoves, free coffee, tea, bananas, apples, filtered water I have room with separate but private bathroom, not as convenient as master bedroom but save on rent Parking is on garage driveway or on streets Quiet neighborhood and looks safe, close to where I was going to everyday Only minor gripe is heating is on a bit too warm , makes me feel itchy with dry skin "
