"The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was also quiet which I was kind of expecting some street/city noise being so close to Bryant park but we did not have any issues at all. Also they had a fun Grinch that would walk through the lobby for the kids at Christmas. Location was great also we were so close to everything."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
