Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. Facilities are brilliant and the free cake each afternoon is a nice added extra. Staff are all...

"It feel very dated around parts of the hotel and the bed was rather noisy even when making slight adjustments in my sleep. Rooms were ridiculously hot when we arrived so slept with the fan on (in February) "

"Parking no problem and got a lovely warm welcome! Have stayed here on three different occasions and always had the best welcome and warmest hospitality! Room was comfortable and very clean , food was lovely and would highly recommend the Scotsman Pack to anyone. Will be definitely be returning at some time later this year! 😃😃"
