Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. "I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. If I stand and stretch my arm, I hit the ceiling with my hand, I am not sure why the shower room height is that short possibly about 1.85-1.90cm. There’s no fan inside the...
