"A resort with serenity, excellent food but most importantly such courteous, polite and super efficient staff- we are regular travellers and can safely we have never seen time being valued as here. Whether it was room service, front desk, luggage move, maintenances, everything was literally within a couple of minutes. This is a large resort and a popular one too so very impressed that they maintain such high standards despite the flow. Breakfast was amazing; with many local and international options. The local in season fruits were fresh and delicious. We had a couple of meals in the room like simple mushroom and truffle pasta; heavenly!!! We were touched by the extra help and genuine smiles each staff offered our disabled son. We were provided with a wheelchair (as soon as we got out of the car!) for the whole duration of 4 nights stay plus offered to take it outside the resort too. Our son was not well on the day of check out so we had to request to stay longer. Another room was arranged for us to move into immediately plus complimentary chicken porridge offered for our unwell son too. A big sincere thank you from the Rahman family to every single staff at front desk, arrival area who received luggage, cleaners, gardeners, spa staff and breakfast staff. Thank you Maya Sanur for making Bali memorable ❤️"

"Booked Prama Sanur since I was meeting friends who had also made reservations here. All of the staff were welcoming and always greeted us throughout the property. I was upgraded upon arrival to a club suite facing the garden. Beautiful room and amenities. The hotel’s beach area was nice and had plenty of places to lounge, and it was easy to walk along the beach path to explore shops. My only disappointments were the nachos at the beach bar, and a massage session where my friend and I shared a space and my therapist was fabulous but hers was coughing and had to leave a few times to use the toilet and/or blow her nose. It was distracting and unhygienic. Otherwise the overall stay was pleasant and I would recommend this property for families, and Sanur in general, to those who want a more laid back area. The hotel was a convenient location to the strip of town with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance."

"Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, they all seemed to be happy working there Breakfast was varied and delicious and it was lovely to have a cappuccino brought to our table every morning The room was clean and modern with interesting artwork We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!"

"Loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, although a little on the darker side because of the way the buildings are set out. We booked a club room - 1 king bed (deluxe) and had a nice view looking into the front gardens, with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. I believe the club option may not be worth booking, depending on what you’re looking for. The breakfast options and outlook of the main restaurant we thought were better than the club area, although the club area was less busy. The breakfast we had here was the best in Bali. The free evening drinks in the club area were extensive however at that time I’d prefer being closer to the beach for sunset and exploring other bars and restaurants. The pools were great for kids of all ages and the gym facilities were new and inviting. Staff were extremely friendly."
