"The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. "Filthy,had to ask for top sheet as blanket was unclean.pillows filthy Bathroom extreamly filthy.lightswitches everything filthy, long worms and snail on bathroom floor,no waste basket no bottled drinking water,waterpressure in shower dropping off.floortiles under basin and in areas in bathroom beyond professional clean.was late,so not able to look for different hotel"

"Not a very good place to stay. Bugs cockroaches flies. Mosquitoes are all over the place."
