"We absolutely loved our stay at El Hotel Resort. We originally came over from Seminyak for a visit and loved the resort and area so much that we decided to book our last few days here. "Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."
