"10/10 – A Wonderful Stay in Sanur
From the very first moment I walked in, I felt incredibly well looked after. The staff were fantastic — everyone was exceptionally polite, kind and helpful. They made a genuine effort to remember my name and were always patient when explaining everything, from the hotel itself to recommendations and information about the surrounding area.
The concierge team were wonderful with my luggage and took such great care of me throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness shown towards anything I might need. I felt completely safe, comfortable and cared for at all times.
The property itself is beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully maintained. My room was also incredibly quiet, which was particularly important to me, and I always felt very secure.
I also attended the Kecak dance ceremony during my stay, which was absolutely beautiful and something I would highly recommend experiencing.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is perfectly positioned along the beachfront promenade, making it easy to walk, explore and really enjoy the atmosphere and spirit of Sanur. The harbour is also very close, which makes the hotel extremely convenient if you fancy taking a day trip to one of the nearby islands.
Overall, a genuinely lovely experience. Thoughtful hospitality, wonderful people, a beautiful property and an excellent location.
