"Location location location! Our 3rd floor, 2-bed 2-bath unit was so spacious and well-equipped, we could host a Thanksgiving dinner! Sweet balcony. Wonderful view to the west, awesome roof equipped with grills, walkable to boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and even a sweet cat café…and it was quiet! Only one caveat: If you prefer cotton sheets, bring your own. Our sheets were sort of a women’s bathing suit material, but the mattress and pillows were wonderful. We will be...

"Clean room"

"convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all. when we arrived on the patio, there was a trash bag full of stuff. We were later than blamed for smoking in the apartment because in the trash bag they found outside had cigarette butts. No one in my group smoke cigarettes at all and they still are blaming us and trying to charge us $250. In my bedroom when i got into bed the sheets weren’t even fully on had to make my own bed."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."
