"Gorgeous hotel with lovely, polite & enthusiastic staff! We were upgraded to a fabulous suite & the parking options were great. We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which we’ll be back to see next year! "The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, the reception staff were excellent and the hotel was in a very good location for access on foot to the historic docks and Gunwharf Quays. Did not eat at hotel or use the bar so cannot comment on these facilities. If you are able to utilise one of the hotel's free parking bays which we did, this is another asset of the hotel."

"We were staying at Q8 for The Great South Run and the staff at Q8 could not have been more helpful! "I absolutely loved my stay at Lady Hamilton! I was in town for the historic dockyard and was thrilled to find a room in a historic pub! They were were helpful with my check in time (which was out of normal hours due to a delayed flight etc etc). The room was very spacious and The bed was comfortable.
