"When you walk into the room you know it’s fresh and lovely cleaned, the colours made you feel happy and relaxed. The fridge was bigger than a bar freeze, that’s a big plus. Loved the NBQ area, everything was then and a large bbq. The bbq was in the pool area with its own table and chairs. Plenty of other chairs for the pool people. I’ll be back ❤️ it"

"If you are travelling with immunocompromised people , I would not recommend this motel . Cleanliness is so important . Bathrooms need good scrub. Here you are responsible for emptying your own rubbish bins . Great for arranging transport and giving tips on what to see. Nice little pool ."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. Unfortunately, because the hotel was listed as a four-star hotel, but was maybe at least a 2 1/2 star or three star hotel, we decided to go somewhere else. "Hotel centrally located. 1-2 blocks from Four Mile Beach and a few blocks from the stores and restaurants. Ideal. Free parking. Small pool area but made to look like a beach. Small “spa” room. Breakfast buffet $40 and also small and limited choices so we skipped."

"Old hotel, but well maintained. No elevator, and a deep jetted tub for a shower that would be difficult for someone older or anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of. The room included some basic kitchen supplies which was nice. Excellent location for exploring the town or 4 mile beach. Car park was convenient"

"The room was super spacious, big comfy bed, really nice bathroom, had everything we needed and there was a pool! Also, there was a shared kitchen next to the pool, if you wanted to go all out and cook your own food, otherwise, you had the necessities in your room. Super lovely staff also, very friendly and lovely to talk to."

"Everything clean, spacious room but was filled with a lot of ornaments. Umsure why I was put in an accessiblity room - as a tall person low set facilities not comfortable "

"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."
