"Communication with Sonya & Robin, the managers, was excellent. Location perfect to all amenities. The apartment and surrounding communal areas was very clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay including laundry facilities, bbqs and a car park. We would definitely recommend these apartments for a stay in beautiful Port Douglas "

"Centrally located, walking distance from the shops, cafes and the marina. Spacious room with a sunny balcony with a cafe downstrairs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice and relaxing stay. I loved staying at an adults only hotel knowing I can sit in peace by the pool and relax while reading a book. I’ll definitely consider staying here next time I visit Port Douglas."

"We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight....

"The hotel is excellent and its location is in walking distance to many good restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is also less than five minutes to a netted beach which is ideal for a swim. I would highly recommend his hotel to anyone!!"

"The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down."

"We were disappointed that we didn't get the room that we paid for - it did not match the advertised pictures and was smaller than advertised. The pools and spas were too cold to swim in and one of the spas was not working. The room was very dark and a big wall blocked our view. There was not enough cutlery for 2 people and there was no sink to wash it in. The blinds were stained and the pools had stains and chipped tiles. It was in need of a renovation and a good clean."

The facilities were spotless and well maintained else the staff were incredible friendly, professional and attentive. We definitely stay here again."
