"Communication with Sonya & Robin, the managers, was excellent. Location perfect to all amenities. The apartment and surrounding communal areas was very clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay including laundry facilities, bbqs and a car park. We would definitely recommend these apartments for a stay in beautiful Port Douglas "

Our fridge in the apartment was not working correctly when we arrived and this was replaced by staff within 2 hours.

"Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with no housekeeping, where I was even asked to take out the trash when leaving. If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous.
The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating."
