Only thing I would ask for is better condiments for starbuck's coffee in the room. Please stop those packets containing the sweet and lo, powdered creamer etc... ..."

"My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little."

Drury Inn & Suites West Des Moines
"Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26."
