"I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"Useful hotel stay for a single night whilst in the area. Didn’t spend lots of time there. Limited vegetarian / vegan breakfast options We stayed in mid June and noticed lots of moths throughout the property."

"The houseplants in the conservatory hadn't seen water in weeks! Food was mediocre. I was in an accessible room. The facilities were not accessible. eg there was a bath not a wetroom. Handles in the bathroom were not lever handles. Towels had been left 5 feet up!"

"This property had recently changed hands and was under major renovation. The previous owners were still managing the hotel while this reconstruction was happening. They were anxious to be of service during this time. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and known locally as serving excellent Middle Eastern food. When complete, this location will probably become well recommended."

"Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were big and spacious. Feel the carpets, furniture and design are in need of a refresh. There was a musty smell throughout the corridors and the room smelled sweaty. Fortunately I arrived at 11pm so I opened the windows and aired it out which helped with some of the smell. The corridors were dingy and musty tho."

"The property is very well looked after & staff are fabulous. Ellie in the morning at both breakfasts and our check in & out was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We ate both times at the pub, breakfast & dinner, I think the menu is too big which led to some inconsistent dishes being serviced. Breakfast first day had no toast but on the second day had toast. 2 hash browns second day but 1 first day. Little things like this don’t mean much but breakfast is the last...

"The room was clean, comfortable and painted in the newer design, it was a great base for exploring Legoland Windsor. London, Chessington, and Thorpe park are all within an hour also. We live up north and look for hotels in close proximity to Merlin attractions with our passes. At £47 per night with free parking this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s only a vending machine here (no bar or cafe), however there is ample tea coffee and towels in reception upon request and can order takeout if need...

"This is the second time I have stayed here, and we will be back. Staff are really lovely and very helpful, rooms have everything you need, are very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in other hotels nearby that are more expensive and nowhere near as good. Would highly recommend."

"Room felt very warm and, despite asking at Reception before we went out for the evening for it to be adjusted, it didn’t seem any cooler when we returned. Nice, smart hotel in convenient location but I did not feel comfortable with the security, or rather the lack of it. Rooms are accessible directly from the bar and restaurant areas with no need to show or swipe a room card to gain access. If I were travelling alone this would be a huge issue for me and would make me want to go elsewhere."

"Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean."

"The hotel was very practical and clean. The breakfast was ok and food selection was limited but as you expect. The stand out point was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who couldn’t do more for you."
