The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know."

Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. "Very good overall. . Like a lot of hotels, the food is good but overpriced. The location and view of the river from some rooms is fabulous. Staff are friendly and try their best for you. Unfortunately I booked last minute in order to get a peaceful night’s sleep and the fire alarm woke the whole hotel at 3am. Great that it worked, but there was no fire!
