"Really lovely resort hotel on the outskirts of town. Beautiful, restful gardens and swimming pools with great food and excellent staff. Highly recommended!"

"This was our third stay at this hotel and we noticed some changes that were not so positive. For example, there was very loud music played around the pool area daily (even though there was only 4 persons around the pool), along with a happy hour promotion that advertised “free flow drinking”…that gave an impression to be in a bar or at a tacky all-inclusive resort, which prevent any relaxation on the balcony to enjoy the view. They did turn the music down after we complained to the manager, but we were told that this is the type of marketing that the hotel is aiming for now. Also, the bicycles provided were in very poor condition, same as two years ago, very rusty and malfunctioning brakes. You would expect more from such a nice hotel. Besides that, the room was very comfortable and clean, very responsive staff and nice breakfast buffet."

"Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines. "

"This is a fabulous boutique hotel, close enough walk to Hoi An old town but jus far enough to escape the crowds and noise. Staff were wonderful and our river view room was perfect. "
