"I think I found the best resort in Hoi An during my third trip to Vietnam. Because it wasn't very large, it felt even more private, and I loved how clean and tidy the facilities were. A dedicated manager was assigned upon check-in, and they even came to our room to kindly show us everything, starting with how to turn on the lights. I would like to thank Tuyen, our dedicated manager, so much. I was so grateful that she resolved everything for us, even when we contacted her via KakaoTalk late at night. There were various programs within the resort, and I already miss Rin, who gave us such a fun ride on the coconut boat. We had an 8-year-old daughter, and I would also like to thank Trinh, who always looked after her warmly in the kids' room and read books to her. I don't know when my next trip to Hoi An will be, but I definitely want to come back to this resort and meet Tuyen, Trinh, and Rin again. It was such a happy time."

"It was a nice stay until while we were out staff cleaned ? our room and left the door wide open. It was still open when we came back after entire day out! "Amazing hotel, beautiful, well maintained grounds, great room and the biggest highglight was the staff being extremely kind. Our bed was too firm for our liking, we've requested a topper and it was brought straightaway, making the bed so much better. The breakfast was extremely nice, with lots of options to choose from and to a very high standard. Also, the a la carte food was great, we had lunch and dinner at the hotel several times and it was the best food we had in Vietnam. Also, the spa was very good, I had one of the packages and I had a great massage and facial and a very relaxing time. The pool was very big, with different levels which made it amazing and the beach was beautiful. The only downside is the location, the hotel is in a remote location, approx 40 mins drive from Hoi An, with nothing to do around."
