"Cute motel beautiful view. Spacious room gentleman at the front desk Really organized and helpful. Would come back again the view from the room was so nice. Had everything we needed and front desk readily accessible if needed. Parking was great. If it was warmer would have loved to use the Kayaks!!"

"Great location, walk to harbor and restaurants. Main St is next street over. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfast and coffee. Didn't use indoor pool but it always had swimmers in it. They are doing updates to the outside and once they're done I'm sure it will sparkle! Price was very reasonable, would happily return!"

"We’ve been coming to this place since 2019. Beautiful property, nice and clean rooms. Like location and the way it situated. Nice stuff. The only problem this year that it had a very poor wi-fi connection. You get password for “free wi-fi” but it connects for 2 sec and then disconnects and doesn’t even see it on available networks. No signal. So, prepare to use your data. Hope, this problem will be fixed soon because it is a big downfall for most guests. They have a nice breakfast but could use...

"Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "This is a no frills little motel, but it’s very well located, the innkeeper Raj is lovely, and my room was spotless. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me at a place like this, and my room was immaculately clean. Highly recommend to anyone who just needs a basic place to lay your head for a good night’s sleep. Oh - also - the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"

"Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry."
