"Great little place. Room felt big and balcony had a great view of the city. Good proximity to the amphitheater. They warned me the keys were old school and deactivated easily. I tried to be careful but, sure enough, got back around 10:30 pm and the lobby was closed and we were locked out. They have a number to call and a security guy will come let you in."

"Pool and hot tub were nice. The camping decor was fun. Our room was large and reasonably comfortable but had a stuffy smell when we arrived. The worse part of the room was that it got pretty hot overnight. If you could manage to properly regulate the temperature before bed the stay would have been a home run. Overall pleased with our stay."

"Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t open the entire stay. $20 for parking is a bit steep for the area considering there was no other events going on. For those paying for a room they shouldn’t be charged for parking. Parking is not at a shortage….. and no Pepsi products for sale. We also had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we were given it weren’t given a pillow case when we specifically asked for it."

"Make sure you pay attention to the actual unit you are renting. The main listing photos were for a different unit than ours 321/322 which was pretty dated. Mold on the shower head, show floor stains, partially used paint cans on shelf, dog hair on bed sheets (when raised to staff they did promptly bring clean bedding). Curtains that didn't quite fit the window size causing light to come in. Great location and view, kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Not a bad place place for under $120...

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bend. Its location is perfect; right in downtown but only a 15 minute walk to the mill area. Very quiet, clean, and the rooms are fairly large. Had a great stay, can’t wait to come back!"

"Nice property, newer built. Great location with an adjacent restaurant. Only complaint is that the upstairs flushing toilet sounded like a waterfall inside the wall."

"Not the fault of the motel, but it not a very quiet location. HOWEVER, the quality of mattress made up for that! Had the coffee maker, frig and microwave, which is nice. Easy check in and check out. Kind staff. Great access to downtown"

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."
