"The entire hotel feels open and spacious. The eating area is well-designed and offers multiple options for seating including sofas with coffee tables. The rooms are trendy and comfortable. The location is excellent for enjoying Bend, but you will want a car available to you to access areas outside of downtown. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and while we didn't go into the fitness room, it looked very clean with multiple options for exercise. I drop the rating to 4 stars because there...

"Beware, the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. I got a call a little before 9:00pm asking where I was, that was kind of odd. Once I got to the property a few minutes later to check in I realized why they called me, it's because they wanted to go home. The person helping was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us our key cards and then the headed out the door, got in their car and took off. We walked up to our room and the keys didn't open the door. We went back to the front desk...

"This is a basic clean well run budget hotel that allows pets. Since we travel with a dog as often as we can, with limited choices of places allowing pets, this is by far one of our favorite chains for locations and price that allows pets. "

"Breakfast had new variety of food daily, hot tub was hot with strong jets. Staff was very kind and I liked the location being close to downtown and across the street from a park. "

"Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation."
