"We’re told when we arrived at almost midnight that there was no hot water. It was too late to find another hotel. Had to drive 2 hours home."

"HVAC unit had to be turned off because it was whining so loud, curtains had tears in it. If all you need is the least expensive place to sleep near the airport then this is it. The best feature is that it was clean. Rundown. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"This is my third time staying here and I love it every time. We have always lucked out with getting a room here when going to see a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. It’s the best way to do it. The rooms are always great and the staff if always very nice. I’ll definitely be staying here more."

"This review is with such mixed emotions. The room was fantastic. The patio with the views of the Joshua Trees was incredible. The room had everything I needed except a typical coffee maker, only a French press included. My issue is check in and billing. You never get a human. It’s all through email or text however cell reception there is terrible. I was stranded for over an hour trying to decide how to get in. "Room was clean. Stuff was basically OK. AC worked but it wasn’t crazy hot either - so can’t say how it would be in high temps. We did need to jimmy the vent a little to aim it, it was kinda broken that way. The fridge worked. The TV worked. The WiFi worked. The pool was decent. Stuff was a little rundown - but not terrible.
