"The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building.
