"There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."

"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food.
The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

"AMAZING, INCREDIBLE truly wonderful place. Everything and everyone was great. Special thank you to Yolunda supervisor of housekeeping who dealt with one issue we had with such grace. Thank you to Jadee and Raoul who made our days at the pool/beach wonderful.
