"Clean, wonderful staff"

"I had to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready The room had a smell Bed was worn sinking down in the middle Towels & sheet were dirty , burned, & dingy I came here to celebrate my bd Horrible experience? You would think because it at the inner harbor on the water that it would be really nice far from it don’t stay here."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean. The rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Loved the variety of choices. The pool, the fitness room and a computer area were available for use. Parking area was secured for guest only not the public. I plan to return. I recommend this hotel for staying. 👍❣️"

"Well maintained property. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and decent. The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10."

"I liked the location of this hotel. The staff was very nice at check in and in the restaurant. However, the hotel is very busy with events/conventions and has only one, small bar. The rooms/bathrooms/hallways could also use a refresh/upgrades...and the price per night of $850+ was not worth it. However, I would still stay at this hotel again for the convenience of being so close to Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, and the Inner Harbor."
