"It was clear when we drove up that something was not right. The Valet came out and told me where the self parking lot was. I explained that I wanted to Valet and not walk from the lot. We then checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely small and the hallway smelled damp and of marijuana. We noticed a lot of college students but continued to our room. The closet was covered with a curtain, The bathroom floor was not clean, only one set of towels was in the room, the carpet was...

"I loved it !! We went for the Yankee Baltimore series and we extended our stay one more day. I loved the pool. It could be maintained better. The roof top is huge. It’s close to the harbor walking distance to Camden yards and the Inner harbor. I think the best part for me was friendly banter with the staff about the baseball game. Cortez was a good sport and very kind. I will be staying here again."

"Upon arrival, long line, 40 people in front of me, waiting to check in, in a very warm lobby, with only two personnel handling the crowd. The room carpet is filthy. Wish I could include pics. Terrible. No trash can in bathroom. Freezer portion of fridge almost iced shut. No telling when it was last defrosted. Queen bed, only 3 (little) pillows. Of all the drinks in the lobby to buy, NOT ONE diet or no sugar added. Nothing for me or my diabetic wife. Poor management. No room service, no change...
