"The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she even provided her personal bag of ice so I could have a cold drink of water, and she graciously answered all of our questions about the island. Furthermore, we were permitted to check in early upon our arrival. Our room was clean, as described, and featured a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The one glitch was the A/C wasn’t working. I requested a new room and was moved to another building closer to pools and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cool. Everyone I met was polite accommodating and happy to help. I definitely recommend a stay at the Crane if you are looking for a relaxing spot...
