"The internet very, very poor, not connecting in the bedroom. The toilet not flushing properly, the shower water slow draining. The place has a musty smell. This place is not suitable to be a guest house, it should be used as a hostel. I would not recommend this place as a guest house."

"The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! "This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been...

"Excellent property! We enjoyed our stay! Would say the unit sleeps 2 comfortably not 3 unless it’s a small child to sleep on the twin sofa. Otherwise a perfect stay! "
