"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Convenient location to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Delighted that the mini bar was included at no charge and the staff ensured that we were stocked up. We were notified that the pool was out of service and it was unfortunate as we would have loved to be able to use it given the hot weather. Overall, would recommend"

"Excellent staff and a fantastic bar, but cleanliness falls short for a 5-star property. The carpets and work surfaces need attention. Great service and ambiance, but room condition doesn’t match the premium price point. Worth visiting the bar great drink selection."

"From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Okura Amsterdam exceeded our expectations. It is easily one of the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in and, in our opinion, is comparable to a Ritz-Carlton in both the quality of the accommodations and the level of service.
The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard.

"The main drawcard for us staying at the hotel is for my husband to have access to a quality gym - this hotel delivered.
The hotel itself is new, and the lobby is fresh. The doormen, reception staff and bar/lounge service were all fantastic.
The reason for not giving the resort 5 stars are as follows:
I found the hallways to our room quite dirty and had an odour (not sure if it’s a cleaning product but it really bothered me when I stepped out of the lift).
