"Everything was perfect. Staff, amenities, tours, food, site, everything. We especially liked your dive/snorkel team of Rene and Hicento, who were professional, safety conscious, and gentle with my three teenagers as they navigated a discovery dive for the first time. If we are ever in Ambreygris Caye again, Victoria House is the only place we would stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. "First time we stayed there. Room was nice but the smell of the seaweed sargassum was over welhming .. tv didn’t work.. then on our second stay here the room was grimy ac was. Mediocre at that. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating.. then in the next morning we were getting tract to check out zz but wanted to shower first.. come to find out the shower was broken.. and that was the icing on the cake ."
