"Regional Victoria travellers. Room was quite spacious, comfortable, very clean and quiet. Very good restaurants/cafe`s short walking distance. Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. Easy driving access to City, Airport and surrounding suburbs. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. "

"The photos in the listing were not accurate. We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean. Property does not appear to comply with...

"There was no there there. The address I was told to go to had a woman staying there who said she'd rented the property month to month a couple months back. Tens of calls were made to the phone number given for the property (by myself and Hotels.com), but got a recording each time that it was a mobile phone that was switched off. Hotels.com offered me an unacceptable hotel at the airport 33km away!"

"There was nothing Elegant about it. It was dirty , no tea, coffee or milk, TV didn't work, lounge dirty .In fact the Apartment is in an industrial/ University precinct and the unit is let most of the year to students. No views, unless you like parked cars & other units"

"Breakfast was good, however it´s the same every single day. If you´re going to stay more than 3-4 days, you want to taste something different and you won´t get it there. After 3 days of the same breakfast, the 4th day my wife and I decided to take breakfast in other place"

"Staffs were great. Room just so so. Double bed is barely fit 2 adults. Location is perfect for tourist. Only downside is house keeping didnt renew dental kits, we stay for 5days. And doesnt give enough shower gels and shampoo"
