We had a gorgeous stay at the Art House, beautiful garden and view over the church! The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous details. Would definitely come and stay! Hosts were so friendly and lovely :)

Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again

Would highly recommend. Friendly service, great location, clean and lovely cosy rooms.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. Loved our stay! Staff was so friendly and kind, room was beautiful!

Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

Easy, clean and staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good. I’d stay again!

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed in.Beautiful rooms absolutely spotless and the comfiest bed ever. Brilliant location 2 minutes walk from the pier. Staff were so friendly and helpful we'll definitely be back.

Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick. Breakfast was...

Thanks for a great stay. We loved the property. It is beautifully decorated. It stayed wonderfully cool. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and as described. We can’t fault it. We’ve stayed in many apartments in Brighton and this has been our favourite.
